Cinco de Whaaat?

Shortly after the passing of our son, Aaron, our family (Jim, Colleen, and Jamie) began hosting an annual fundraiser for NAMI Southeast Wisconsin (formerly, NAMI Waukesha) in Aaron's name on his birthday, May 5th.  But instead of naming the event after the well-known Mexican holiday, this—a celebration of Aaron's life—is called Cinco de "ME"o because, as Aaron used to jokingly say, "It's MY birthday, so today is all about ME!"

You DO NOT need to be a great (or even good) golfer to join in.  This day is about having fun, catching up, sharing stories, and helping a very worthy cause.  [But, if golf really isn't your thing, don't let that keep you from joining for dinner and all the evening events.]

NAMI is dedicated to improving the lives of those impacted by mental health conditions through support, education, and advocacy (see the link above to learn more); and it's an honor to host this event for NAMI's benefit.  Last year, just over $16,000 was raised with the help of everyone like you!

 

Alright then, no more hesitating!!  It's time to sign up!!

This is an open invite to you and anyone you know!  Call your friends, put together a foursome, and register at a discount!

"Shotgun Start" begins at 11 AM sharp!

Arrive early (by 10 AM) and check your golf bag at the main entrance bag drop.  Keep your putter with you and then head straight to the putting contest.
